Headmaster at Stafford Grammar School since September 2022, previously Mr Pietrek was the Headmaster at Thorpe House School.

Miss Martin joined the Prep School as Deputy Head when it opened its doors in September 2007 to Year 5 and 6. She has enjoyed watching Prep grow to accommodate the full primary age range. After the Prep school grew, Miss Martin was appointed Head of Prep in September 2018.

Dr Johnson has been a member of the Senior Leadership Team since 2003 and has been Deputy Head since 2019. Formerly the Head of Chemistry at SGS his favourite place is still in the laboratory teaching A level chemistry. Dr Johnson is responsible for the academic operations of the school including the timetable.

Mrs Griffiths has been Head of Pupil Programmes since September 2020, and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). She has a BA in Medieval and Modern History from the University of Birmingham and has broadened her repertoire to include teaching Politics, PSHE and German.

Head of Sixth Form since October 2019, Mr Anderson has been teaching at Stafford Grammar since 2008 and has previously been a Head of House and also the Head of Biology. He started his teaching career in 2003 after forays into management, computer programming, session musicianship and children’s television.

Having started his career at Stafford Grammar School as a teacher of Business in 1999, Mr Green joined the Senior Leadership Team at SGS as Head of Sixth Form in 2011. In September 2019 he was appointed as Deputy Head, responsible for pupils and staff, and has more recently taken up a role as a Safeguarding Governor for a large high school in Stoke-on-Trent.
