Recent ISI Inspections
A government-approved inspectorate which inspects independent schools on behalf of the Department for Education. In January 2025, The Independent Schools’ Inspectorate conducted a full inspection on behalf of the Department for Education.
Reports
The inspection focuses on five key areas: Leadership and Management and Governance; Quality of Education, Training and Recreation; Pupils’ Physical and Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing; Pupils’ Social and Economic Education and Contribution to Society; Safeguarding. Under the new framework implemented in September 2023, the standards are either ‘met’ or ‘not met’. Stafford Grammar School is delighted to report that it met all the standards and will continue to strive to go from strength to strength.
