This year we shall once again be supporting House of Bread which is a local charity based in Stafford. House of Bread is an organisation that offers home-cooked meals for vulnerable and homeless people in the Stafford area.
As with last year, House of Bread are running a project called “Quid on a lid” which will enable them to not only add much-needed tins to their food bank but also to help support the increasing range of services that they provide, so if we can go one step further and tape a pound coin to the top of one tin it will assist House of Bread in meeting their goals. (N.B. if you donate more than one tin, a pound coin taped to just one tin is all that we request).
All donations need to be handed in to Mrs Hague-Jones by Thursday 27th September.
